I am very pleased with the way Midway takes care of business while scheduling our air conditioning service. Our service tech, Cameron, was friendly, efficient, and very helpful in explaining what he was doing every step of the way. We will definitely be asking them back in the fall to service our furnace!

Over 100 degrees today, and my A/C stops working at the end of the workday. I called three companies, and Midway saved the day! They arrived within an hour and got my unit working within an hour. I didn't get the technician's name, but he was FABULOUS! He explained what was wrong and how he fixed it in a language I could understand, and the price was reasonable, even with the after-hours fee. Some companies would have added on more fees due to the extreme heat, but not Midway. They were professional and courteous, and I really felt like the technician cared about cooling the house for myself and my dogs! Great service, Midway, thank you for caring!!!

Antonio did an incredible job helping us with our furnace. He's super knowledgeable and even took the time to inform us and show us the unit in case we had any other issues come up. What we thought would be a couple of thousand dollar fix, he saved us a bunch of money by knowing what to look for. When I called Midway on Monday afternoon, someone provided immediate assistance, and was able to schedule a service call for Wednesday. But in a fortunate turn of events, I received a call to update me that they would be able to come out the next day. So, Antonio came out to our home early Tuesday afternoon and was able to find the issue with our furnace. He was quick and clean and was able to diagnose and fix our issues easily. It was an enjoyable experience from the call to the service.
